We Have Gloves
Choosing the right glove for your employees to use is a process that involves many factors, the first being SAFETY. Choose gloves that provide the sensitivity needed to perform the required tasks first. The next consideration should be about FUNCTIONALITY with COMFORT. Gloves that are not comfortable will not be worn and will dramatically increase and fatigue. The final factor to consider is COLOR. Quickly identify who is performing what task with what type of glove simply based on color.
Glove availability can be both scarce and expensive as a result of COVID-19. It is wise to consider purchasing multiple glove types for specific tasks for back of the house and front of the house applications; doing so will also save you money.

Powdered vs Powder Free
Powdered gloves are powdered with corn starch enabling the glove to be removed quickly and efficiently without sticking or tearing. Powdered gloves do, however, leave corn starch residue on the hands that transfer onto clothing or other items within close proximity. Powder free gloves do not leave a messy residue behind once the glove has been removed.
Powdered gloves are typically a more cost effective option than Powder Free gloves.
Reminder
Always teach and enforce PROPER HANDWASHING after gloves are removed, even when employees intend to immediately re-glove. Glove use is never a substitute for handwashing. If performing a single task for long periods of time, gloves should be changed minimally EVERY 4 HOURS, but preferably every 2 hours.
