ST. LOUIS – Feb. 6, 2018 – Alsco St. Louis, a branch of Alsco Inc., the premier linen and uniform rental services company, recently partnered with the Local Teamsters Union #682 in donating funds to the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Snowflake Village program.
The program uses donations to buy toys, games, stuffed animals and clothing items for children confined to the hospital on Christmas Day along with gifts for their siblings. Parents visit Snowflake Village and select the free gifts and Teamster volunteers and their guests wrap the presents.
The Alsco branch’s donation was a part of the Local Teamsters Union #682 total donation of $19,290 given to the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Snowflake Village during the recent holiday season.
“We have had the great opportunity to partner with the Local Teamsters Union in a couple of different ways to raise money to benefit the children at the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Snowflake Village. The Snowflake Village is such an incredible blessing to those parents and children who find themselves in the hospital at such a fun and exciting time of year. We are grateful for our partnership and the opportunity we have to help,” stated General Manager Dennis Chandler of the Alsco St. Louis branch.
