(MHRC). The Urban Rest Stop is a place for persons experiencing homelessness to go during the day to access services and support. Services include free laundry services, free showers, and free lunches from Sulzbacher restaurant, access to computers, free mail services, free notary services, assistance with accessing services and a place to relax and escape the hot weather. “It simply comes down to a belief that everyone deserves the same opportunities in life,” said Dennis Chandler, general manager of Alsco Jacksonville. “We are very grateful to be involved with such inspirational organizations as Urban Rest Stop and Mental Health Resource Center as a vendor and now as a donor.
