SALT LAKE CITY — Dec. 5, 2019 — Alsco, the global leader in uniform and linen rental services, announced a number of extensions and the addition of a fourth Xfinity Series race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The company signed a multiyear agreement to become the title sponsor of the September NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, track officials announced today.

“Alsco knows that NASCAR provides unprecedented exposure to a loyal base of fans willing to support our brand, said Ben Fox, director of sales and marketing. “Adding a fourth entitlement for the Xfinity race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway aligns perfectly with our company values and customer footprint in the West. We’re excited about the exposure this race brings in one of the most iconic cities in the world.”

The historic Las Vegas race announcement boosts Alsco’s NASCAR Xfinity Series entitlements to four, with the company continuing its sponsorship of Bristol Motor Speedway, Charlotte Motor Speedway and Kentucky Speedway. The green flag will drop on the 200-lap race at 4:30 p.m. (PST) on Sept. 26, 2020, and will be broadcast live on the NBC Sports Network.

“Alsco has a long history of sponsoring NASCAR racing, and we are thrilled to add such a prestigious company to our title sponsor lineup for next year,” said LVMS President Chris Powell.

Alsco also announced it is sharing naming rights of the April NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) race at Bristol Motor Speedway with Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, as a result of its supplier partnership with Darden Restaurants.

“Bristol Motor Speedway is an awesome venue to showcase the partnership between Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen and Alsco” said Fox. “We have a great partnership inside Darden owned Restaurants across the country, so it was only natural to bring that partnership out onto the track.”

“Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen is all about delivering an experience that wows guests, and we’re thrilled to be part of such an iconic, ‘wow’ event at Bristol Motor Speedway,” said Jaime Bunker, vice president of marketing at Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen. “We’re thankful to Alsco for inviting us to be part of the action and look forward to celebrating the race with fans this April.”

“Bristol is the place for historic finishes and close, hard-knock racing action,” said Jerry Caldwell, executive vice president and general manager at Bristol Motor Speedway. “Alsco and our new friends at Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen understand the reputation of racing at ‘The Last Great Colosseum,’ and we’re ready to show them an incredible experience. The ‘Cheddar’s 300 presented by Alsco’ will be a must-see event on the NASCAR Xfinity Series schedule.”

The “Cheddar’s 300 presented by Alsco” will begin at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 4, 2020.

In addition to its Xfinity Series race expansions, Alsco announced that it has extended its NASCAR team partnerships with Richard Petty Motorsports, Richard Childress Racing and JR Motorsports for 2020. Alsco’s race team partnerships put faces to the Alsco brand that the world recognizes and uniforms on their team members working in the shops.

“As business partners, each of these teams puts it on the line week in and week out, always looking for ways to promote the Alsco brand,” said Jim Ginnetti, vice president of Alsco’s North America division. “More importantly, through the years these relationships have become special to us. It’s less of a business transaction and more like family, and we’re excited to see the success of our partners out on the track in 2020.”

“We are excited to continue our relationship with Alsco as we head into the 2020 season,” said Brian Moffitt, chief executive officer at Richard Petty Motorsports. “Alsco’s service and product offering is second to none. Our staff looks great, our facilities are well prepared and protected thanks to their services. Alsco has a broad commitment to the sport, which speaks volumes regarding the business success they continue to see, and we are proud to have Richard Petty Motorsports as part of Alsco’s partnership portfolio.”

“We’re proud to continue our partnership with Alsco in 2020,” said Kelley Earnhardt Miller, JR Motorsports general manager. “Alsco’s support of JRM, industry tracks and additional teams speaks to its level of commitment across the sport.”

“Richard Childress Racing’s long-lasting relationship with Alsco is built upon shared values and a commitment to achieving success on and off the track, and we are thrilled to continue our partnership in 2020 because we value the key role that Alsco has played and continues to play in our daily operations,” said Torrey Galida, president of Richard Childress Racing. “More so, we value our Alsco friends for the memories we have created together, such as celebrating RCR’s 50th Anniversary and visiting Victory Lane with Tyler Reddick, our 2019 NASCAR Xfinity Series champion, at the Alsco 300.”
